 Opening Reception on Friday, October 2, 2015 - 5:00 to 8:00 pm Show will run from October 2-30, 2015 The Beloit Fine Arts Incubator is pleased to present the works of Thomas Buchs. A graphic illustrator for the past 42 years, Buchs’ art holds a touch of nostalgia. His oil paintings express a moment of life forever held on a canvas. Buchs especially enjoys working outdoors where he captures the light and atmosphere of a scene in a few hours of painting. Other times, he enjoys creating his art in his studio. A Wisconsin artist, Buchs has won numerous awards for his works and is displayed in several Wisconsin galleries. The public is invited to attend an artist’s reception Friday, October 2nd from 5 to 8:00 pm. The event is free and Mr. Buchs will be available to meet the public. The show will continue through October and is open free of charge Monday from 10 to 2; Tuesday through Friday from 10 to 5:30 and Saturday from 10 to 3. |
