On The Wall by Ron Duffy - February artist show

Opening Reception on Friday, February 3,  2017  - 5:00 to 8:00 pm
Show will run from February 3-23, 2017

The Beloit Fine Arts Incubator is pleased to announce rural Clinton native Ron Duffy as their featured artist for February 2017.

Duffy is a 3 dimensional artist whose real love is wood carving, especially carving birds in various activities representing their daily lives.  Extremely talented, Duffy began carving about 25 years ago and gained much of his skill through working with wood, feeling its movement and flow as it relates to his vision. Over the years, he has learned much about his vocation from his association members of the with Rock River Valley Carvers of Wisconsin. As a member of the group he is always willing to share his knowledge  and love of wood carving.

Please join us for this exciting show which opens with a reception from 5 pm to 8 pm on Friday February 3rd. The event is free and open to the public. During the reception, Duffy will be on hand to talk about his art. The show will continue through February 23rd.  

The Beloit Fine Arts is located at 520 E. Grand Avenue, Beloit.  The Gallery is open Monday from 10 am to 2 pm, Tuesday through Friday from 10 to 5:30 and Saturday from 10 to 3.
