The Beloit Art Center (formerly the Beloit Fine Arts Incubator) is seeking a new logo to visualize its new name. To accomplish this, a contest will be held in which the public can submit their ideas to the board. The contest is open to all ages and will culminate in the top three entries being on display on May 1st at our First Friday gallery night. The winner of our logo contest will be announced that evening and awarded a $100.00 cash prize.

The Beloit Art Center has provided a home for the arts in downtown Beloit since 1999. We look forward to our continued partnership with the community and regional artists as we maintain a center to teach, display and promote art through providing art studios, hosting gallery shows, events and classes. 

The new logo design needs to visually capture the essence of the Beloit Art Center.

Contest guidelines:

• Electronic or printed submissions are accepted.
• The preferred electronic files are vector EPS or AI. JPG and TIF files are also accepted and must have a resolution of 300 dpi at approximately letter size (8.5” x 11”). Please write a brief description about your design.
• BAC reserves the right to modify the logo to best suit different applications. Hand rendered logo designs are accepted, but will require digital transformation to suit various uses. Only the winning design will receive digital transformation/modification, if required.
• Entries are to be emailed to info@beloitartcenter.com with the subject line “BAC Logo Design Contest submission by Your Name” by 4 p.m. April 1st, 2018. All entries must have: Name, Address, Phone and Entry description included.
