Mandalas have been used in personal healing practices for centuries. They are said to be calming and can help clear mental clutter, allowing you to focus on the present moment and be more mindful. This can help in reducing stress, relieving anxiety and improving concentration
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Each student will create a mandala on a stone or mini canvas. Tools and paints to take with you to continue your practice.
WHAT TO EXPECT
1st class • Introduction to dot mandala art. • Learn about the materials and tools needed. • Learn basic dotting techniques and a simple pattern to practice on canvas. • Develop a sense of mindfulness through the creation of mandalas by continuing your practice at home.
2nd class • Open to questions regarding your practice since the first class. • Advanced dotting techniques & strokes. • Painting basic mandala pattern on a stone or mini canvas. • Continuing mindfulness as you create your own mandalas.
