Charcoal Still Life Drawing Workshop
Inspired by Georgia O’Keefe
This class will focus on learning the basic techniques and composition of a still life charcoal drawing using depth of perspective and shading with charcoal mediums and kneaded erasers. A still life will be set up in the center of the room to draw from.
Date: Saturday, February 11
Time: 9:00 am - Noon
Cost: $40.00
This three hour session will be broken down into:
- Short warm-up session with newsprint
- Layout and sketching on drawing paper
- Stepping back and checking in
- Touch up and sharing of final project
Instructor Anna Eckel, MS, ATR, will facilitate this session and answer questions and give guidance throughout the class.
