Painting Workshop

Painting workshop set at library
Jim Richter of Janesville will conduct a painting workshop for all those interested at Beloit Public Library on Saturday, Oct. 5. The event will be held from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and the cost is $100. A box lunch and a 16 inch by 20 inch canvas will be provided. Participants need to bring their own paints and brushes.
Richter is an oil and acrylic artist and has done several large outdoor murals in the Janesville area. He does graphic art for a living.
The workshop is sponsored by the Beloit Art Center. Reservations and fee are due on Sept. 25. Those who want to join the workshop can call 608-313-9083 or email to: www.beloitartcenter.com.
